Pizza or Pasta: You Pick One, Not Both
Read the options before booking, because they are alternatives rather than a menu you work through. You choose one class, and what you make is decided at checkout. The Pizza and Gelato class puts you at a bench with a working pizzaiolo, making Roman-style pizza from the flour up, followed by a gelato demonstration led by the chef. The Pasta and Gelato class is fresh pasta from scratch: three different shapes, made by hand, dressed with seasonal Italian sauces, then a tasting of artisanal fruit gelato or sorbet. There is also a family version of the pizza class, with reduced prices for children and teenagers. Everything else is the same across the options. Professional local chefs. Fresh ingredients, apron and utensils provided. A proper seated meal at the end rather than eating over the workbench. Unlimited wine for adults, soft drinks for children. A digital recipe booklet to take home, and a certificate. The kitchen is in central Rome near Piazza Venezia, within walking distance of the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum, which makes it easy to slot into a day rather than build one around. Arrive at least fifteen minutes before the start time. Late arrivals cannot be accommodated.
